Account Deletion Guide
You can permanently delete your Nuebeing account directly from the app in just a few steps. Please read the guide carefully before proceeding — deletion is irreversible.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All sleep data, schedules, history, and personal information will be permanently erased. Cancel any active subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Nuebeing App
Launch the Nuebeing app on your iOS or Android device. Make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the bottom navigation bar to open the Settings screen.
Tap Delete Account
Scroll down in the Settings screen and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear warning you that this action is permanent. Tap "Confirm" to proceed with deleting your account.
Account Deleted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your sleep data, schedules, history, and personal information will be erased and cannot be recovered.
What data gets deleted?
All personal data is deleted: your account profile, email address, sleep schedules, streaming history, transaction records, and any preferences.
What happens to my active subscription?
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately through your device's subscription management settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
I can't find the Delete Account option. What should I do?
Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version. If you still cannot find the option, contact us at support@nuebeing.com and we will assist you.
Can I delete my account via email instead?
Yes. If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@nuebeing.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
