Account Information: When you create a Nuebeing account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. You may also sign in using Apple, Google, Facebook, or Kakao — in which case we receive basic profile information from those providers.
Sleep Data: We collect the sleep schedules you create, your session history, and any preferences you set within the app.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, including features used, session duration, and device information (device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers).
Payment & Subscription Data: If you subscribe to a premium plan, payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not store your payment card details.

To provide and improve the Nuebeing service, including personalized sleep schedules and audio streaming.
To send you sleep reminders and app notifications (you can opt out in app settings).
To manage your account, subscription, and transaction history.
To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve app performance and features.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share data with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Third-party sign-in providers (Apple, Google, Facebook, Kakao) operate under their own privacy policies.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your account and sleep data for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure data storage, and access controls to protect your information.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Nuebeing account.

Access & Portability: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You can update your profile information directly in the app.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our Account Deletion Guide for step-by-step instructions.
Opt-Out: You can disable push notifications in the app or your device settings at any time.

Nuebeing is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of Nuebeing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
